Home Health Aide Services A Certified Home Health Aide has completed a 75-hour course and passed an intensive exam. Certified Home Health Aide's also work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. ASAP Nursing Services also checks with the Department of Public Health, to ensure the aide has never had a complaint filed against them. Certified Home Health Aide's can perform the following tasks:  Services Performed Assist with getting into and out of bed Assist with bathing, showering, shampoo and shave Assist with dressing Provide meals Medication reminders Range of motion exercises Assist with incontinence care Toileting Emptying catheter bags Assist with ambulation and transfers Laundry Light Housekeeping Transportation Socialization
