All cases over 100-hours per
week have a case manager assigned to them. This person will
coordinate all services being provided, by our field staff or other
medical professionals. This helps to keep everything organized and
as simple as possible. Many attorneys and private social workers
find this service extremely helpful in reducing the number of calls
they receive regarding the elders care. It is also beneficial to a
client whose family lives out of state and cannot be involved with
doctor's appointments, shopping and other everyday needs.
